In addition to being a Non-Executive Director of Koda Capital and Computershare, Lisa Gay is the Chair of Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC), as well as a member of the Council of Trustees of the National Gallery of Victoria.
Lisa was Chair of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission’s (ASIC’s) Markets Disciplinary Panel, which hears disciplinary matters against market participants for breaches of the market integrity rules, from its establishment in 2010 through July 2016. She was also formerly Deputy Chair of the Indigenous Land Corporation, a director of National Indigenous Pastoral Enterprises, and Chair of Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia.
From 1990 – 2010 Lisa was General Counsel and Managing Director of the Goldman Sachs Group Australia, as well as its predecessor JBWere & Son.
